Solid Blue: The NeoCharge is receiving power and ready to be used.

Blinking Blue: The Primary device is receiving power


Blinking Green: The Secondary device is receiving power


Blinking Red: The Secondary device is trying to draw more power than the outlet is rated for - Please double check that your current limit on your EV charger or car is set to 40A.


Before you Begin:


  1. Find your electrical panel and identify the breaker that is connected to your existing 220 volt line.

  2. Turn this breaker off for safety precautions.

  3. Please unplug anything currently plugged into your 220-volt outlet.




  1. Verify that your EV charger matches the prongs on the back of your NeoCharge.

  2. Plug your EV charger into the primary outlet of your NeoCharge.

  3. The car plugged into the primary side will charge fully before the other car begins charging.

  4. If you would like to share the charging time, set a charging schedule on the primary car.

  5. Plug your other charger into the secondary outlet.

  6. Plug your NeoCharge into the wall.

  7. Re-Enable the breaker that you disabled before the installation, and make sure that the NeoCharge is receiving power by checking the indicator light.
