Do you offer your products on Amazon?

We do not offer our our Smart Splitters on Amazon yet. We are exclusive to our website and a few select partners.

What’s the shipping and handling fee?

We provide free domestic shipping! If you are in a time crunch you can always expedite your shipping through UPS and Fedex.

How long does it usually take for me to receive my Smart Splitter from the time I ordered?

It typically takes between 2-3 business days for you Smart Splitter to ship. As soon as it ships you can check you shipping status from an email from us with your tracking number.

What shipping agency do you use?

USPS (standard) and UPS or Fedex upon request.

The product hasn’t arrived, what is going on?

We can totally understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your delivery, we wish there were a way for us to get it to you sooner (when will those Star Trek transports be invented!). You Smart Splitter is typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Thank you for your patience on any shipping delays.
