Start off by trying a factory reset. If this doesn’t work, then there may be a glitch with your Smart Splitter. Email email@example.com and we’ll help you swap out your unit.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your issue in detail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!
Step 1: Do a factory reset with your current Smart Splitter. For this you will need to unplug your device and plug it back in three times in a row with a one second interval (as soon as you see lights you can unplug). You can also do this by flipping your circuit breaker on and off three times.
Step 2: Once factory reset is complete you will see both indicator lights go red and then return to white.
Step 3: Follow the wifi instructions to connect to the other network.
