I have installed my Smart Splitter, set up WiFi. After, I see a blank white screen that says “log in” at the top. Nothing further happens until I get a timeout message.

Start off by trying a factory reset. If this doesn’t work, then there may be a glitch with your Smart Splitter. Email appsupport@getneocharge.com and we’ll help you swap out your unit.

My wifi won't connect, or isn't strong enough. How do I troubleshoot this?

Step 1: Do a factory reset with your current Smart Splitter. For this you will need to unplug your device and plug it back in three times in a row with a one second interval (as soon as you see lights you can unplug). You can also do this by flipping your circuit breaker on and off three times.

Step 2: Once factory reset is complete you will see both indicator lights go red and then return to white.

Step 3: Follow the wifi instructions to connect to the other network.

The website says the unit has wifi capability which unlocks access to a smartphone app. Can you tell me a little about what the app allows me to do?

How do I get the NeoCharge App for IPhone/Android?
